Returns

Can I exchange an article?
Returns can be made within 14 days of purchase. Within these 14 days you have the right to claim the right of withdrawal.

What will you get?
Do you want to return a tool within 14 days? This is possible if the product has not been used or damaged and is returned in its original packaging. Both product and packaging are in good condition.

How do I return a product?
First check whether your return order meets the following conditions:
* Packaging is complete and not broken or damaged.
* As soon as we have received and checked your return shipment, we will refund the amount to the account you paid with within 5 working days.
* The shipping costs for returns are for your own account.

Does your return shipment not meet the conditions?

Opened articles that do not meet the above conditions remain your property. These items will be returned and the costs incurred will be charged. We will contact you and charge the return costs. After receiving payment, we will send the item back to you.

Did your return not arrive?

NB Hairstyling cannot be held responsible for shipments that do not arrive at NB Hairstyling. So consider whether your shipment has been registered and will be shipped insured.

You can return within a period of 14 working days after receipt of the products.

Return Process:

1. Email us at info@nbhairstyling.com to register your return. Please state your name, order number and why you want to return. You will receive a payment link from PostNL. Once paid, the return label will be sent to your email address.

2. Prepare your product for the return journey: pack it well and firmly. Preferably use the shipping box in which you received your product(s) from us, provided it is in good condition. This minimizes the risk of damage to the contents. Do you not have the shipping box at home or is it no longer in good condition? No problem, use a different shipping box.

3. Print the return label sent by us and stick it on the shipping box.

4. Send the package to a PostNL shipping point near you.

5. Once we have received and approved your package, you will receive a confirmation email.

The shipping costs for returns are for your own account.

You will receive the amount of the returned products (excluding shipping costs) back.

You must return the ordered products in good and unused condition and in the original packaging. Opened articles that do not meet the above conditions remain your property. These items will be returned to you and the costs incurred will be charged.

NB Hairstyling cannot be held responsible for shipments that do not arrive at NB Hairstyling. Consider whether you want to send your shipment registered and insured.
